Deleting Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Lamekan account and associated data. You can access this page from the web even if you have removed the app from your device.

Delete From Within the App

1. Open the Lamekan app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap the Privacy section.
5. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

After you confirm, your account and all associated personal data are permanently deleted.

Data That Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
• Your friendships and block records
• Your favorites, reviews, and ratings
• Your chat history and preferences
• Your notification settings and push token

No temporary deactivation or freezing is applied; deletion is permanent and irreversible.

If You Cannot Access the App

If you cannot access the app, send an email titled "Account deletion request" to support@lamekan.app from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
