Terms of Use (End-User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Lamekan mobile application ("App", "Lamekan"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lamekan. By signing in to or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. License

Lamekan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App without authorization.

3. User Content and Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Lamekan lets you create user content through chat, profile, review, and group features. You are solely responsible for the content you create.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable, illegal, harassing, hateful, or threatening content or abusive users. When such content or behavior is detected, the offending content is removed and the responsible user is ejected from the platform within 24 hours.

You can report objectionable content (Report) and block abusive users (Block). These mechanisms are accessible within the App for every user and message.

5. Content Ownership

You own the content you create. However, you grant Lamekan a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content in order to operate and provide the service.

6. Account Termination and Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Settings → Privacy → "Delete account". For deletion and data removal details, see the Delete Account page.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". Place recommendations are for informational purposes and their accuracy or suitability is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lamekan is not liable for indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
